What this is
BubbleForms lets you build forms and collect responses. There's a free plan and a paid plan called Pro. The service is young, which is the context for everything below.
What we ask of you
Don't use BubbleForms to collect payment card details, government identifiers, health records or anything else you'd be in trouble for mishandling. It isn't built for that.
Don't use it to impersonate someone else, to phish, or to harass people. Forms doing any of those will be removed without notice.
You are responsible for what you ask people and for what you do with their answers, including any privacy law that applies where they live.
What you can expect from us
We'll keep your forms and responses available and won't read them for any purpose other than keeping the service running or complying with the law.
The service is provided as-is. We don't promise a particular uptime, and while we take reasonable care, you should export anything you can't afford to lose.
Going over the free allowance never stops your form collecting responses. We hold the ones past the limit until you upgrade rather than turning your respondents away.
Paying
Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay and won't change during a period you've already paid for.
You can cancel at any time from the billing page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund part-periods — cancel before it renews if you don't want the next one.
If a payment fails we don't switch anything off immediately. We mark the account past due, keep your access, and let Stripe retry.
If you downgrade, nothing is deleted. Your forms and responses stay and remain exportable; you go back to the free allowance.
We may change our prices, but not for a period you've already paid for, and we'll tell existing subscribers before a renewal at a new price.
Ending it
You can delete any form at any time from your dashboard, which removes it and its responses permanently. There is no account to close.
We may remove forms that break the rules above, or discontinue the service — with as much notice as we can reasonably give.
